📋 Register Note & Service Terms

This page combines two things every new Golddigger account holder should read: (A) the register note covering what happens when you sign up, and (B) the service terms covering how you may use the service.

A. Register Note

A.1 What happens when you register

1. You submit your company name, email, and product info at golddigger.gold.
2. We generate a tenant (account) and a unique API key. The key is shown once on screen and emailed to you in the welcome message.
3. You immediately enter the dashboard and can start with the Free plan (20 API calls / day, 100 leads / month).
4. There is no password. Login uses your email + the last 4 characters of your API key, or a 6-digit email verification code.

A.2 Email verification

One email = one tenant. We will not create a second account for the same email. If you try to register twice, you will be redirected to login. If you forget your API key, use the verification-code login to retrieve the last 4 characters on file.

1. Save your API key somewhere safe. We only show it once.

3. Open the dashboard, choose a product, and run your first distillation.
4. Read the welcome email — it includes your login details and a quick-start guide.

B. Service Terms

B.1 Your use of the service

You may use Golddigger to find and reach out to potential B2B customers for your own business. You may not:

• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Scrape, resell, or sublicense lead data we return to you.
• Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract our data sources.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

B.2 API key responsibility

Your API key is the credential that authorises API calls on your behalf. Keep it secret. Anyone with the key can consume your quota. If you suspect your key has been compromised, contact us immediately for a rotation.

B.3 Quotas and fair use

Daily API quotas reset at 00:00 UTC+8. If you hit the quota, you must wait until the next reset or upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the system.

B.4 Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via the dashboard.

B.5 Refunds

Monthly plans (Starter, Premium) can be cancelled any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

B.6 Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing gdana@agentmail.to. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will warn you first.

B.7 Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
